Avoca House is based in Iona, a beautiful, leafy, residential area between Glasnevin and Drumcondra, 10 minutes’ drive from Dublin City Centre. The Turner family have lived in the guest house for over 25 years, renovating it entirely in 1999. Audrey, Jack, their son Jonathan and their two small, friendly dogs Peanut and Chilli, look forward to welcoming you to Avoca House soon.
All of our non-smoking rooms come complete with an ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen television and tea and coffee-making facilities. The comfort of our guests is paramount, so each bed has a goose-down duvet and pillows and 100% Egyptian cotton sheets to guarantee a great night’s sleep. Wifi is available and easily accessible in most parts of the house, just ask on arrival for the access code. Our guests have access to a communal area outdoors for fresh air and relaxation.
