Howth seaside village on the Howth Peninsula is just a short journey from Dublin City.
The 15th-century Howth Castle lies just outside the village. Other places of interest include the 19th-century Martello Tower; Lambay Island; the Baily Lighthouse; the medieval ruins of St. Mary’s Abbey and ‘Ireland’s Eye’—an island bird sanctuary.
Howth has various walking trails and loops and fabulous scenery – why not spend an afternoon, enjoying the great outdoors!
